You might think you're healthy but are you?    
    
Talk about feelings.
Talking about how you are feeling to your teacher,  friends
or grown ups is very important. Celabrate if you are happy
or excited.
                                                                                                        
Eat a balanced diet.
Eat different types of foods like fruit, vegetables, meat,
grains and lots more. It gives you lots of energy. Drink lots
of water as well.

Keep yourself clean.Wash your hands after going to the
toilet before dinner and after playing.Brush your teeth
twice a day. Shower everyday and wash your hair.
